Who we are

We are a service helping people manage and overcome anxiety and depression by providing high quality psychological therapies. On our team we have the following types of therapists:

This mental health service is a partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust and Whittington Health.

What we offer

We offer high quality psychological therapies for people with mild problems of depression anxiety or chronic stress, to help them manage and overcome these problems in the local community.

Who is the service for

The service is available for all Enfield residents from the age of 16 registered with an Enfield GP. We also treat the following anxiety disorders:

How you can access our service

People can refer themselves directly. GPs, nurses, and other health and social care professionals can also refer to the service. If you are referring someone else, the patient must be aware of and in agreement with the referral. Please note, first assessments will be carried out by telephone.
